Mieten Sie ein Boot ohne Führerschein! Dieser ist für die Boote nicht nötig, da sie sehr leicht zu steuern sind. Selbstverständlich werden das Boot und die Grachten ausführlich erklärt. Des Weiteren bekommt man eine wasserfeste Karte mit auf den Weg. Kinder unter 12 Jahre bekommen gratis eine Schwimmweste. The boats felt very slow, compared to Mokumboats f.ex., which meant that we couldn't take the route I had planned on because we were just moving slower than anticipated. I believe this was partly caused by the engine/propeller of the boat, and partly by impeded performance through leaves often getting stuck in the propeller. This is not necessarily negative for all customers, but for me it means that next time I will use Mokum again if possible, both for boat speed and comfort (steering wheel more comfortable than stick due to less vibration and more comfortable seating position).

Clean boats, could have a bit more power. Easy to handle.
The boats should have pillows for a comfortable travel. After three hours on the boat it starts to hurt. Sadly the seats are behind each other, that's not very communicative, better would be if they are placed in a U-shape.

Prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Fijn dat je kussentjes en fleecedekens meekrijgt, zeker als het nog fris is.
Zou handig zijn als je gebruik kunt maken van een toilet als je terugkomt van de boottocht.

Locatie op zich goed gelegen, goed te bereiken.
Op de website vermeldt u dat het zo'n 10minuten stappen is vanaf centraal station. Dit is toch net iets verder. Ook ze je de bootjes niet meteen liggen bij het buitenkomen van CS. De persoon die ons de intro sessie gaf, had wel iets vriendelijker mogen zijn. Als Belgische vriendengroep konden we de directheid niet altijd appreciëren.

Friendly service is welcome in Amsterdam :) Location is quite remote, but easily accessible by tram
Nothing really unless you move locations!!! The only issue I have with the service is when there is nobody there in the hut, you just kind of stand around waiting, maybe have a bell or something?

The on-line booking is very convenient and the price is excellent. The location is less convenient than some others ... both for getting to the rental and for the amount of time it takes to get from the dock into the heart of the city.
It would be helpful if there were a bell or other means of letting you know clients have arrived. We occasionally wait a while before anyone comes to help.

Good service, very friendly and helpful personel. As regards the venue, in my opinion, for such motor boat tours, it is perfect. As it is located just slightly away from the main canals, before you reach the latter, you have a bit time to get used to the handling of the boats in calm waters. A further plus is the litte pubon the opposite side of the street where you are able to relax and have a drink after you canal tour.
Provide cold drinks on the boats.
